1)is there any way that i can enter the website without revealing my real ip address??
2)can a proxy server be used as a firewall?

Q1) Yes, you can use a proxy address that are available online. There are softwares like Hide IP, which can be downloaded and they ensure privacy.
Q2) Yes. We demonstrated blocking sites, which is a subset of the firewall applications. But it can be extended to blocking ip address, mac adresses, setting passwords for access to certain sites.
